Workflow Form

The Genetics Student Milestone Workflow Form is used to submit requests and gain approval from the Graduate Affairs Committee for the items listed below. It is also used to submit a summary report of each teaching assistantship that is completed so the Graduate Affairs Committee can track progress and maintain a list of appropriate courses.
