Rotation Evaluations

Submit completed evaluation forms to the Genetics Program Office prior to the end of each rotation. Faculty should review and sign their eval with students prior to submission.

Committee Meeting Reports

Committee reports should be completed by the committee chair and submitted to the Genetics Program Office within 1 month of the meeting date.

Workflow

The Genetics Student Milestone Workflow Form is used to submit requests and gain approval from the Graduate Affairs Committee for the items listed below. It is also used to submit a summary report of each teaching assistantship that is completed so the Graduate Affairs Committee can track progress and maintain a list of appropriate courses.

Professional Headshots

Visit the Office of Strategic Communication's walk-in photo studio for professional portraits, conveniently located on the third floor of Plaza Centre One in the Ped Mall. Any student, staff, or faculty member may drop in for a portrait session when the studio is open. There is no fee for photo studio services.
